Access Virus C is a modern virtual analog synth. Virtual meaning that it’s not actullay analog, but rather emulates the analog character. It doesn’t sound quite as warm as a real analog synth, but its a great synth non the less and it goes far beoynd the cababilites of an old analog synth soundwise and featurewise. I think it’s the best Virtual Analog synth produced. It has a huge array of sound options and does about any type of analog and digital sound you’d wish for. All though the presets suggests that it’s primarily aimed for the trance/techo marked, it’s quite perfect for synthpop. Some characterise it’s sound as dark compared to other virtual analogs. I’m not sure I agree, but I love it and it’s quite the centerpiece of the soundproduction in Antilles. This version is a desktop version without keys.
